JUMPSTEPS TERMS OF USE

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, tools, content, subscription services, and related offerings (collectively, the “Services”) provided by JumpSteps, Inc. (“JumpSteps,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Delaware corporation.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

1. Nature of the Platform

JumpSteps operates primarily as an independent financial information and comparison publishing platform.

We:

• Publish financial product comparisons and educational content

• Allow users to research and evaluate financial products

• Provide tools to help users identify products aligned with their financial goals

• Facilitate user-initiated inquiries with third-party financial services partners

• Offer optional subscription services

When you choose to submit a rate request, inquiry, or application through the Services, JumpSteps may transfer the information you provide to one or more financial services partners for purposes of evaluating your inquiry and offering products or services.

JumpSteps does not sell personal information unrelated to a specific user-initiated inquiry and does not operate as a data broker outside the context of user-directed product matching.

JumpSteps is not a bank, lender, broker-dealer, investment advisor, insurance provider, or financial institution. We do not originate, underwrite, issue, or service financial products.

2. Third-Party Financial Partners

If you submit information through the Services in connection with a specific product inquiry or request, you authorize JumpSteps to share your information with one or more financial services partners for purposes of matching, evaluation, and marketing.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Financial partners may contact you directly using the contact information you provide

• Such contact may include phone calls, text messages, emails, or other communications

• JumpSteps does not control the timing, frequency, content, or manner of partner communications

• JumpSteps is not responsible for the actions, marketing practices, underwriting decisions, or communications of third-party partners

Your relationship with any financial institution or partner is governed solely by that party’s terms and policies.

3. No Financial Advice

All content provided through the Services is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.

You are solely responsible for evaluating financial decisions and should consult licensed professionals where appropriate.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

5. User Representations

By submitting information through the Services, you represent that:

We do not guarantee:

• Financial approval

• Offer availability

• Accuracy of third-party information

• Continuous or error-free operation

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JUMPSTEPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO:

• Use of the Services

• Communications from third-party partners

• Financial product decisions

• Marketing practices of third parties

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JumpSteps and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from claims arising from:

• Your use of the Services

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your violation of applicable law

• Claims arising from partner communications initiated following your inquiry

14. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.

You agree that:

• Arbitration shall occur on an individual basis

• Class actions and class arbitrations are waived

• You waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit

You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by providing written notice to legal@jumpsteps.com.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Subject to the arbitration provision above, any court proceedings shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

16. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
